1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order.
Order Not Processed: If your order has not been started and you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline and no revised deadline is accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Once the project has been started and resources have been allocated.
If the client provides incomplete/incorrect information that causes project delays.
Change of mind after project approval or delivery.
Services already delivered (partially or fully) that meet the agreed project scope.
3. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be approved if:
The work delivered does not meet the agreed scope and cannot be reasonably revised.
Both parties mutually agree to discontinue the project before completion.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the stage of project completion and resources used.

Our team will review your case within 5–7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
