Vidzal Media provides creative services including but not limited to:

- Video Editing
- Graphic Design
- Motion Graphics
- Brand Video Production
2. Payment & Billing
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are due upfront unless agreed otherwise.
- Work will begin after payment confirmation.
3. Revisions
- Our All services Contain Unlimited number of revisions (specified in your quote).
4. Delivery
- Delivery timelines will be communicated before the project starts.
- Delays caused by missing client feedback or assets are not our responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property
- Final paid work is transferred to you with full usage rights.
- Vidzal Media retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only given before significant work has started.
- Custom projects are non-refundable after production begins.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (or applicable international laws for overseas clients).
